The Lead Basis Consultant will take significant responsibility for the success of Company’ customer engagements. They will support the Technical Architects to enable high quality customer designs and lead a global team to successfully deliver SAP cloud migrations. They will contribute to methodology and automation development, as well as train and mentor more junior consultants. Responsibilities Duties:

The Lead Basis Consultant will take significant responsibility for the success of Company’ customer engagements. They will support the Technical Architects to enable high quality customer designs and lead a global team to successfully deliver SAP cloud migrations. They will contribute to methodology and automation development, as well as train and mentor more junior consultants. You are a confident, experienced and (still) hands on Basis Consultant who has worked across many different applications, databases and operating systems. You want to continue learning new technologies, approaches and solutions, but also are able to organize, motivate and lead other consultants to achieve successful outcomes. You pride yourself in your ability to solve difficult problems others cannot. You are able to think outside the box and can conceptualize new designs and ways of working. You understand the need to and benefits of automating tasks to the maximum extent possible. You like working with clients, and they like working with you. You are a team player and are happy to share your knowledge with others. As part of Company Implement Teams, lead a team of basis consultants to successfully deliver SAP migrations to a Cloud Hyperscale, owning key components of the design and the migration basis activities As part of Company Operate Teams, provide leadership and technical support and evolution to customers who have migrated their SAP systems to a Cloud Hyperscaler with focus on proactively identifying and implementing proactive solutions for Company customers which avoids future issues and reduces costs Coordinate effectively with Company and customer teams to deliver successful outcomes Proactively identify customer opportunities to deploy additional Company services and solutions Proactively identify opportunities to improve and evolve Company tooling and methodology Deploying Company tooling to support the automation of basis and infrastructure activities Lead, mentor and support more junior consultants

Key Skills:

Has performed Technical Assessments on larger SAP environments Has performed Operational Assessments on Outsourced and/or Offshored services Has performed Quality Assurance on third party, internal or external implementations, upgrades and infrastructure replacements Has demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of globally diverse teams Can work independently with little supervision Experience of either AWS, Azure, GCP Selected applicant will be subject to a background investigation, which will be conducted and the results of which will be used in compliance with applicable law.

Experiance Qualifications:

Has significant SAP Basis experience in a consulting environment Ability to lead teams to deliver successfully outcomes Can plan activities and apply the necessary reporting and governance to activities to demonstrate control Has excellent communication skills Has experience of budget management Can own significant, complex assignment risks and identify and solve significant issues Has experience with working with offshore and near shore solution providers
