  • As part of a 24/7 customer operations team, they will take direct customer responsibility to maintain and upgrade our customers cloud-based SAP environments.
  • They will contribute to build and maintain standard operating procedures and knowledge articles as well are expected to contribute to methodology and / or automation deployment.

  • This Company looking for a talented and strategic Content Marketing Specialist to join our team.
  • This position will report to the Director of Creative Services and will support the Global Marketing team in developing, executing, and managing content strategies across various channels.

Responsibilities Duties:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to write compelling and informative content to support marketing campaigns, sales enablement activities, and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Develop content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing goals
  • Research  and keep current on the latest developments and trends in our market and in Content Marketing i.e.,  search engine optimization, content trends, and consumer behavior
  • Write and publish content for a variety of platforms including blogs, eBooks, website, and social media
  • Package content in a user-friendly format that ensures accessibility and engagement for our audience
  • Maintain and refine existing content
  • Ensure that SEO and SMO strategies are effectively implemented
  • Manage content calendars and ensure that the content remains consistent across all platforms and that deadlines are met
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure the timely delivery of assignments
  • Provide proofreading and editing on content from the team before publication

Key Skills:

  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
  • Experience creating content for social media channels
  • Familiarity with email marketing and CRM tools such as HubSpot
  • Ability to work independently and across virtual teams

Experiance Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or equivalent in communications, marketing or prior experience in the field
  • 3+ years of experience in content writing and technology marketing
  • Experience in Cloud technology preferred
  • A portfolio of published work
  • Knowledge of various content platforms such as social media, blogs, and print media
  • Strong understanding of content practices such as SEO, SMO, and PPC
  • Experience with content and layout design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
