Responsibilities Duties:

For Power Platform: Power Apps, PowerApps Portals / Power Pages, Power BI, and Power Automate. For Dynamics 365 CE: One or more of the following: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Omnichannel, Customer Voice. Designing and customizing Canvas Apps and Model Driven Apps Modelling Dataverse – e.g. tables, fields, forms, views, table relationships Business Automation – e.g. Business Process Flows, Business Rules, D365 Classic Workflows and Power Automate Flows Prototype and configure processes to make sure the system works the way your client needs it to Run workshops with your clients, consultants and client leaders to analyse and design solutions for any application, and handle gaps detected during prototyping Contribute to playback meetings to clearly explain our recommended technical solution to clients. Ensure that solutions always deliver the expected end-user benefits by liaising with client personnel, Lead, and Project Manager. Convert requirements to functional specs and functional design documents Ensure quality of own work following governance of technical solutions. Troubleshoot technical project issues in a timely fashion. Support key clients through deployment to go live, and complete handover documents as required. Maintain relevant knowledge related to third-party products that may offer value to clients. Exposure to enterprise planning and delivery tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions that leverages the most innovative Microsoft technologies Recognise any inconsistency, assumptions and identify critical elements. Use your knowledge and the Microsoft collective knowledge to identify and propose the best possible solution for the Customer

Key Skills:

Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics D365 Analyse front office processes (sales, marketing and customer service) to identify opportunities for improvement Gather and understand client functional requirements Perform gap analysis between a client’s requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics D365 for CE Configure the application to meet a client’s requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CE Customization Tool, Workflow Tool, or SDK Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code Create technical specifications Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CE applications and other applications, such as back office/​ERP applications Train client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CE D365 (functional user training and technical training) Develop high level project work plans Provide technical support to existing CRM clients Execute assigned responsibilities in a manner consistent with company Solution Europe Ltd’s Quality Management Policy.

Experiance Qualifications:

Key competencies: CRM forms, screens, views, workflows and reports development Programming languages – C#, VB.net, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, VSTO Architect / design Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE system, related customizations, portals, and reports Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development or integration best practices Technical specifications documentation Data migration and integration mappings using SQL Integration Services, Scribe or Web Services SQL Reporting Services SharePoint Services
