Job Description

  • This Company is a software-enabled services provider, synonymous with SAP on Cloud, focused on delivering superior, highly automated Managed Services to Enterprise customers.
  • Our customers span multiple verticals and geographies across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. We partner with AWS, SAP, Microsoft and other global technology leaders.
  • Continue to enhance Commercial Operations by designing simple to use pricing tools, supporting the development of new offerings, building data analytics, providing financial support on large deals and ad hoc finance analysis support.
  • Host weekly Global Commercial Quality Assurance with senior team members, evangelizing price to win at an accurate Sold-To Job Margin. 
  • Support development of pricing strategy for larger deal to ensure high win probability

Responsibilities Duties:

  • Challenge existing processes and pricing tools and propose recommendations with action plans
  • Challenge existing processes and pricing tools and propose recommendations with action plans
  • Develop and implement robust and scalable systems, processes, pricing tools and projects in anticipation of business growth 
  • Own the coordination and cross-functional execution of assigned process, Pricing tools and product launches
  • Support local teams to foster a sense of involvement and ownership of their processes, and participate in the implementation along with the required change management
  • Partner with the leadership team and regional managers to develop and execute the company business strategy, objectives, and key results 
  • Deep understanding of the commercial detail of all services, to recommend tactical cost improvements on deals and enhancement of the published list costs.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of how processes, data, and technology can enable problems and opportunities 
  • Capable of breaking down complex issues and identifying key drivers; can identify cross-functional upstream and downstream impacts 
  • Excellent capability of modelling financial models or pricing tools. VBA advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines with reliability and accuracy while being a master at prioritization. 
  • Proven ability to collaborate, lead, facilitate, and communicate with individuals across a broad range of education, experience, and functional spectrums 
  • Strong ability and appetite to learn and apply new concepts 
  • Ability to be a systemic and creative problem solver 
  • Ability to handle quick decision-making and influence others 
  • Diplomatic and effective written and oral communication skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with stakeholders 
  • Experience with risk management and conflict resolution skills 
  • Project management and group/ workshops coordination 
  • Must be able to travel when needed 

Experiance Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in either, Business or Computer Science
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a commercial operations role or in management consultancy, process improvement, or change management roles 
  • Preferably prior experience in developing off-the-shelve productized offerings
  • Preferably Prior experience working in a technology related industry; SAP managed Services knowledge advantageous
