Job Description

The Sales Operations Analyst will support operating cadence across sales to ensure the health and predictability of the business in achieving key performance metrics including bookings forecast accuracy, pipeline analysis, and sales performance. company is a software-enabled services provider, synonymous with SAP on Cloud, focused on delivering superior, highly automated Managed Services to Enterprise customers. Our customers span multiple verticals and geographies across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. We partner with AWS, SAP, Microsoft and other global technology leaders.

Responsibilities Duties:

Develop and maintain the Sales Operation Learning path to improve Onboarding time for new joiners. Drive evolution and enhancement of sales systems and processes. Partner with Finance, Operations to identify opportunities to improve sales productivity. Lead the annual sales planning process with support of the central operations team--including quota setting, headcount management. Support with enabling Sales Operate integration with new Hyperscalers partnerships

Key Skills:

Support with leveraging the best Investment programs with Hyperscalers to improve deal win probabilities Act a thought leader who can provide strategic direction and develop innovative solutions and processes to scale the business. Administer the company compensation model include running sales win process Ad Hoc financial analysis for Chief Sales Officer, including board deck preparation

Experiance Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years’ experience of working in business or financial advisor role Experience with supporting sales teams Business Acumen Organizational Skills Pipeline Management Analytics and Reporting Expertise Experience with Salesforce desirable People Management Experience
