The Alliance Manager will be responsible for building long term relationships with strategic named and vertical business Alliance Partners.
Responsibilities Duties:
Increase awareness of within AWS sales teams
Initiate and execute lead generation campaigns
Work with Sales team and Practice Lead to identify and engage in new joint opportunities
Actively maintain and report on joint sales pipeline
Develop and maintain relationships with AWS Partner Organization
Execute the Partner Engagement Plan
Identify new areas of engagement with partners
Monitor Alliance Partners business results and make recommendations for improvements
Establish rules on engagement, operational processes, and escalation procedures to increase efficiency of partner engagement
Coordinate partner funding process with sales team
Key Skills:
10+ of business development, sales and or operations experience with public cloud ecosystem
Track record of building and nurturing relationships with large alliance partners
Ability to identify partner activities with highest propensity for business growth
Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Strong strategy, research, analytical and negotiation skills
Familiarity with hyperscaler (AWS, GCP, Azure) go-to-market
Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
Excellent Presentation and communication skills – both written and verbal
