Senior Sales Operations Analyst
Job Description
Support operating cadence across sales to ensure the health and predictability of the business in achieving key performance metrics including bookings forecast accuracy, pipeline analysis, and sales performance. Lemongrass is a software-enabled services provider, synonymous with SAP on Cloud, focused on delivering superior, highly automated Managed Services to Enterprise customers. Our customers span multiple verticals and geographies across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. We partner with AWS, SAP, Microsoft and other global technology leaders.
Responsibilities Duties:
Drive evolution and enhancement of sales systems and processes. Partner with different business units. Support the annual sales planning process including quota setting, Administer the Company compensation model, Running sales win process in Kimble, which involves reviewing Milestones, Prices, Contract terms match Sales Opportunity. Ad Hoc financial analysis for EMEA SVP Sales Act as a thought leader who can provide strategic direction and develop innovative solutions and processes to scale the business.
Key Skills:
Performing sales data analysis and reviewing metrics Interpreting and presenting data results Developing detailed sales forecasting Managing product and sales database Analyzing and reporting on customer performance and customer experience Providing support to sales and marketing department
Experiance Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years’ experience of working in business or financial advisor role Experience with supporting sales teams Preferably Kimble experience or Sales Force a must HubSpot experience Strong business acumen organizational skills Pipeline Management Analytics and Reporting Expertise People Management Experience Selected applicant will be subject to a background investigation, which will be conducted and the results of which will be used in compliance with applicable law.
