Job Description

  • As a Strategic Account Director you will be a key player in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth through individual contributions.
  • Leveraging your extensive experience in sales, with a background in delivery consulting, managed services, Fortune 100 accounts, experience working on SAP projects, and a proven track record at a large Global Systems Integrator, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities Duties:

  1. Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, particularly focused on delivery consulting, managed services, Fortune 100 accounts, and SAP, to achieve revenue and growth targets.
    • Independently align sales objectives with overall business goals.
  2.  Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, especially Fortune 100 accounts, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions, particularly in the realm of delivery consulting, managed services, and SAP projects.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. New Business Development:
    • Independently identify and pursue new business opportunities in the areas of delivery consulting, managed services, Fortune 100 accounts, and SAP projects through proactive prospecting and networking.
    • Evaluate market trends and competitor activities within the delivery consulting and managed services space, with a focus on SAP projects, to stay ahead in the industry.
  4. Sales Process Optimization:
    • Independently implement and optimize sales processes, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery consulting, managed services, Fortune 100 accounts, and SAP project domain.
    • Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including delivery consulting, product development, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience, especially with Fortune 100 accounts and SAP projects.
  6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Independently establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess and report on personal performance, especially in the delivery consulting, managed services, Fortune 100 accounts, SAP project context.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably with a background in delivery consulting, managed services, and experience working with Fortune 100 accounts. Experience working on SAP projects is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in a large Global Systems Integrator is a must.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed personal sales targets.

Experiance Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
