Responsibilities Duties:
- By using Internet search engines like Google, LInkedin, Naukari, Indeed, searching International Candidate's' Profile/Resume/Bio-Datas.
- For our valuable International Clients as their given checklist requirement of provided Job-Position with their skill for Open-Vacancy in their Company
- Make the list of Shortlised International Candiates using Excel Software.
- Make the Submissions of sortlised International Candiates using Excel Software.
- Send to the HR Depatment through Comapny provided Mail.

- A key skill for any sourcing professional is to find the right source of String.
- It is one thing if you are a category expert. In that case, you would know the sources of String.
- If you are dealing with a new positions, then you should be able to identify the keywords for strings in the market quickly.
- Especially when you are dealing with New Positions.
- Start identifying and building up your own techniques and resources to find new candidates profile and resumes
- For example, Indeed, Naukri.com, and LinkedIn has become a good source for identifying new candidates profiles.

Boys - Graduation Compulsary
Good English - In Speaking, In Writing, In Understanding.
Computer - Basic Course - MS - Office - M.S. WORD / M.S. EXCEL
