PMO - DELIVERY METHOD & GOVERNANCE COORDINATOR
Job Description
The Delivery Method & Governance Coordinator (DMGC) role will take overall responsibility and ownership for:
- The deployment of the defined Methodology components to Customer Engagements
- The adoption of the defined Method components by Teams running Customer Engagements
- The coordination & execution of the defined EMEA Regional Delivery Governance for Customer Engagement
Responsibilities Duties:
Cloud Implementation Method Deployment & Adoption
- Work with Project Managers to deploy the Cloud Implementation Method on new Customer Engagements
- Secure adoption of the Method and use of the Method Artefacts by the Implementation Team
Cloud Implementation Governance
Work with the Regional Delivery Leadership to ensure that the artefacts, submissions & events associated with the periodic cycles of Implementation Governance are:
- Scheduled
- Prepared
- Communicated
- Collated
- Analysed
- Reported
- Actioned
Cloud Operation Method Deployment & Adoption
- Work with Service Delivery Managers to deploy the Cloud Operate Method on new Customer Engagements
- Secure adoption of the Method and use of the Method Artefacts by the Operate Team
Cloud Operation Governance
Work with the Regional Delivery Leadership to ensure that the artefacts, submissions & events associated with the periodic cycles of Operate Governance are:
- Scheduled
- Prepared
- Communicated
- Collated
- Analysed
- Reported
- Actioned
Key Skills:
- Is educated to university degree level
- Possesses a basic understanding of Cloud Hosting & Cloud Computing
- Is an proficient user of Microsoft Excel
- Is an proficient user of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Is articulate in written & spoken English language
- Possesses analytical & numerical abilities
- Has experience of analysing large numerical & non-numerical data sets
- Is comfortable with ambiguity and is able to drive predictability
- Is self-motivated and is a self-starter & completer-finisher
- Is inquisitive, creative, wants to learn
- Can establish & manage relationships with senior colleagues
Experiance Qualifications:
