Job Description

  • The Resourcing Coordinator will assist the Resource Manager with the day-to-day resourcing of the Delivery Service Teams’ (DST) activities and provide support where necessary to the wider

Responsibilities Duties:

  • Demand Management of the Delivery Service Teams
  • Ensure all forecasted demand is captured in Kimble with the necessary level of detail for potential and confirmed activities.
  • Ensure changes to the demand are captured and updated in a timely manner in collaboration with the DST lead.
  • Planning and scheduling of resources against the demand, in line with current company processes, cost and availability.
  • Ensure there is sufficient Holiday and Public Holiday cover.
  • Manage and own the 24/7 Rota’s for the Delivery Service Teams.
  • Coordinate meetings with Delivery Service Team Managers
  • Co-ordinate meetings with Service Delivery Managers and Project Managers
  • General Administration

Key Skills:

  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Qualifications related to Project Management/Human Resources – beneficial.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a planning, scheduling role
  • Experience on JIRA and/or Confluence – beneficial
  • Comfortable with Office 365, especially Excel on an intermediate level
  • Initiative-taker
  • Strong communicator and organizational skills
  • Ability to retain a lot of information.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Attention to detail, completer-finisher.

Experiance Qualifications:
