Commercial Operations Manager by providing financial support on pricing deals, supporting the pricing of new offerings, and ad hoc finance analysis support.
Selected applicant will be subject to a background investigation, which will be conducted and the results of which will be used in compliance with applicable law.
Responsibilities Duties:
Support development of pricing strategy for deals to ensure high win probability.
Challenge existing processes and pricing tools and propose recommendations with action plans.
Support the development and implement robust and scalable systems, processes, pricing tools and projects in anticipation of business growth.
Support local teams to foster a sense of involvement and ownership of their processes and participate in the implementation along with the required change management.
Understanding of the commercial detail of all services, to recommend tactical cost improvements on deals and enhancement of the published list costs

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of how processes, data, and technology can enable problems and opportunities.
Capable of breaking down complex issues and identifying key drivers; can identify cross-functional upstream and downstream impacts.
Capability of modelling financial models or pricing tools. VBA advantageous.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines with reliability and accuracy while being a master at prioritization.
Strong ability and appetite to learn and apply new concepts.
Ability to be a systemic and creative problem solver.
Diplomatic and effective written and oral communication skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with stakeholders
Must be able to travel when needed.
Bachelor’s Degree required in either, Business or Computer Science
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a tactical pricing role or commercial operations
Preferably Prior experience working in a technology related industry; SAP managed Services knowledge advantageous
