Associate Basis Consultant
Job Description
- Providing technical support for SAP systems run on either AWS, Azure or GDC
- Responding to customer tickets in a timely manner, owning basis issues to resolution
- Proactively identifying the root cause of issues and recommending and implementing solutions
Responsibilities Duties:
- Liaising with infrastructure, security and other team members to support a customer's requirements
- Be part of a 24/7 rotating shift team on a monthly rotating shift
- Deploying Company tooling to support the automation of basis and infrastructure activities

Experiance Qualifications:
- Proficient in ITIL processes especially Incident, Service Request and Problem Management
- Excellent English language written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team
- Experience of either AWS, Azure, GCP
- Selected applicant will be subject to a background investigation, which will be conducted and the results of which will be used in compliance with applicable law.
