Job Description
Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers in order to create valuable and useful content
Create and maintain engaging and professional user-facing content for how-to guides, videos, webinars, eLearning modules, help portal, training materials, using modern tooling.
Report content regularly to SVP of Product Delivery and Chief Innovation Officer
Add courses to Docebo-based eLearning site
Responsibilities Duties:
Accept feedback and update and improve existing content
Understand enough to know that your text will make sense to people who need to know the information. Keep asking questions until you get an answer you can use.
Suggest UI improvements where possible
Key Skills:
Must have excellent written technical English skills.
Persistence and attention to detail are key character traits
Curiosity about why software is being created, and how it can be used
A genuine interest in developing your career in technical communications
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an excellent grasp of grammar
The ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable using text, video, infographics, animation, webinars
An interest in learning new technology and software tools
Ability to write easy-to-read text, and the capability to organize content clearly
Experiance Qualifications:
Monitor and respond to issues logged against the documentation
Contribute to the working methods and processes of the team
Ability to work independently to tight deadlines, across multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to put oneself in the shoes of a software user
Experience of working with a Learning Management System
Experience of working in and with Agile development team
