Job Description
Providing technical support for SAP systems run on AWS
Responding to customer tickets in a timely manner, owning basis issues to resolution
Proactively identifying the root cause of issues and recommending and implementing solutions
Responsibilities Duties:
On projects supporting the build and migration of SAP systems on AWS
Liaising with infrastructure, security and other team members to support a customer’s requirements
Providing out of hours support cover when scheduled to the support rota
Deploying Lemongrass tooling to support the automation of basis and infrastructure activities
Key Skills:
Minimum of 5 years SAP basis experience across multiple SAP components
Experience with SAP Basis and NetWeaver Administration.
Hands on experience in supporting customer SAP systems and/or implementing and/or migrating SAP systems preferably to AWS
Basis with Oracle/ASE and Java migration experience
Experience in Solman Migration
Experience in PO/EP/MII migration
HA Knowledge for testing
Experience in SAP Installation, SAP Sizing, SAP Backup and Recovery, SAP Basis Monitoring, SAP Patch Management, Router Configuration, SAP Kernal Administration
Experiance Qualifications:
Experience in working in multiple customer environments each directly for the customer or as a 3rd party provider
Excellent English language written and oral communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team
