Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate ICU Nurse to join a reputable healthcare organization in Dubai. The ICU Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, the ability to work in fast-paced environments, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care.
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Valid nursing license from home country.
• Eligibility for nursing license in Dubai (DHA eligibility, license, or willingness to obtain).
• Strong knowledge of critical care procedures, equipment, and patient monitoring.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Experience in tertiary care or accredited hospitals is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Dubai.

Responsibilities Duties:

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit in accordance with established clinical standards and protocols.
• Continuously monitor patients’ vital signs, neurological status, and overall condition, and respond promptly to any changes.
• Operate and monitor advanced medical equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, cardiac monitors, and other life-support systems.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist physicians during medical procedures and emergency interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, assessments, and progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Ensure strict compliance with infection control policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment and recovery.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
