SalesForce Business Analyst
Job Description
The Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform to support the business operations of Rapid Access. This role involves working closely with various departments to understand their needs, translate them into technical requirements, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The chosen candidate will meet ALL the essential criteria below:
ESSENTIAL
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator).
• At least 3-5 years of experience working as a Salesforce Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning components and development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
DESIRABLE:
• Familiarity with the rental or powered access machine industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of regional business practices and regulatory requirements in the Middle East is preferred.
SKILLS
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Field Service Lightning.
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Familiarity with integration tools such as MuleSoft or similar.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.

Responsibilities Duties:
Salesforce Administration & Sales Management
• Maintain and manage the Salesforce platform, including user accounts, permissions, workflows, and validation rules. Configure and customize Salesforce to manage the rental sales process effectively.
• Ensure data integrity and perform regular data cleansing activities.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Customer Relationship & Sales Support
• Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce, manage customer interactions, and ensure timely resolution of inquiries. Work with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead management, opportunity tracking, and campaign performance.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer data.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Data Analysis & Reporting
• Create and manage complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as rental volume, revenue, and customer acquisition cost. Generate insights from customer data to inform marketing campaigns and product development.
• Collaborate with other departments to leverage data-driven decision making.
Business Process Optimisation & Custom Development
• Analyse business processes, develop and implement customised solutions using Salesforce, and create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and user guidelines.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom objects, triggers, and Apex classes.
• Integrate Salesforce with other business systems as needed.
User Support & Project Management
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to maximize their use of Salesforce.
• Lead or participate in Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to enhance user adoption.
Compliance and Security
• Ensure the Salesforce platform complies with regional data privacy laws and internal security policies.
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive business and customer data.
