Analyst - People Data
Job Description
Our Analyst - People Data is responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting People data to provide actionable insights that support strategic HR decisions. This role works closely with People Partners, Talent, L&D and business and focuses on measures of workforce planning, retention, mobility, diversity & inclusion, and other HR related metrics.
What you'll need to succeed
- 2-4 years in HR analytics, people analytics, or business intelligence.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Collect, clean, and maintain HR data from multiple sources.
- Consolidate data from people and business stakeholders for reporting purposes.
- Monthly payroll audit to ensure compliance with budgets and provide recommendations based on business achievements.
- Track and report on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount, diversity, engagement, performance).
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and predictive insights related to HR metrics.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making.
- Conduct admin-related tasks, e.g., launching requisitions, follow up and execution of transfers.
- Maintain updated org charts regularly.
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities in data collection and reporting.
