Site Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer specializing in Finishing Works to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate finishing activities on site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of all finishing tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer focusing on finishing works within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, methods, and quality standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Proficient in using project management and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and safety standards is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Supervise and manage all finishing works including plastering, tiling, painting, and flooring on site to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of finishing tasks.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records of progress, issues, and materials used.
- Resolve any technical issues related to finishing works and provide practical solutions promptly.
- Ensure all work is executed in line with contract requirements and industry standards.
- Manage material delivery schedules, inventory, and ensure proper usage to avoid wastage.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to conduct inspections and rectify defects efficiently.
