- Capable of performing heavy lifting tasks
- Flexibility with varying shifts and occasionally working on weekends
- Previous experience in graphic design is a plus
- Strong relationship building skills
- Freshers with a background in marketing, business, fashion, or graphic design
Responsibilities Duties:
- Support the team with daily VM activities across all departments (Men's, Women's, Beauty, and Kids).
- Assist with operational tasks including moving props and fixtures.
- Participate in store set-ups and installations when required.
- Provide back-office support by preparing presentations, organizing brand requests, and compiling store or display photos into PowerPoint presentations for brand communication.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Buying, and Receiving to support VM initiatives.
- Shadow experienced VM team members to learn processes and gradually build the confidence to execute tasks independently.
