Senior Project Manager
Job Description
A leading Abu Dhabi based interior design and fit-out company with over 25 years of experience delivering high-end, turnkey interior solutions across diverse industries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 10+ years of project management experience, with proven delivery of commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.
Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, local regulations, and authority approvals and demonstrated experience managing budgets, contracts, procurement, and subcontractors.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD. PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
Responsibilities Duties:
Project Leadership & Delivery: Oversee end-to-end project execution from concept through handover, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Stakeholder & Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Cost & Risk Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, control variations, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Team & Site Oversight: Lead multidisciplinary teams including designers, engineers, subcontractors, and site staff to ensure quality control, compliance, and operational efficiency.
