Smart Plant Consultant
Job Description
As part of Industry team in the Middle East, you will work on high-impact transformation programs for leading industrial clients across manufacturing, energy, logistics, and process industries, across specific profiles.
2+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or industrial transformation
Expertise in at least two of: Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, MES, digital twins, IoT, OT/IT integration, operational excellence
Experience designing or implementing manufacturing transformation programs (Lean, Six Sigma, digital enablement)
Strong understanding of production processes, asset management, and plant operations
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), ability to present to senior stakeholders
Nice-to-have:
Hands-on experience with technologies like digital twins, computer vision, or AI-powered quality inspection
Familiarity with the Middle East or industrial markets (manufacturing, energy, FMCG, retail)
Knowledge of Arabic
Responsibilities Duties:
Your role will vary based on your experience level, but will generally include:
Leading or contributing to end-to-end consulting engagements - from diagnostic and strategy to implementation.
Designing and delivering solutions in one or more of the following areas:
Supply Chain: e.g., visibility, planning, optimization, S&OP
Smart Plant: e.g., Industry 4.0, IoT, MES, digital twins
Insights for Intelligent Industry: e.g., AI/ML use cases, predictive models, operational intelligence
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including data engineers, architects, and domain experts
Managing client relationships, facilitating workshops, and presenting recommendations to C-level stakeholders
Developing business cases, roadmaps, and implementation
Executing workstreams, conduct analyses, and support delivery
