Creator Partnership Manager
Job Description
A Dubai-based enterprise with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries, including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.
Requirements:
• Open to English and Arabic speakers, 38 years old and below
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, account management, or similar roles.
• Experience working with talent/influencer/PR agencies or influencers; existing network of creators or talent agencies in MENA is a plus.
• Proficient in tools such as Google Sheets, HubSpot, Slack, and influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Modash, Traackr, Tribe, Upfluence).
Responsibilities Duties:
• Prospect and identify creators across major social platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Partner with Creator Success to support onboarding, launches, and early creator success.
• Build and manage a creator acquisition pipeline from initial outreach through launch. Leverage talent managers, agencies, and regional networks to support creator sourcing.
• Advise creators on platform best practices and monetization strategies to ensure that they are positioned to optimize their success on the platform.
• Track pipeline activity, creator performance, and deal progress using internal tools. Support regional growth initiatives and expansion into new creator verticals.
