Construction Manager
Job Description
The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising structural and concrete works for high-end luxury building projects. The role involves coordinating site activities, ensuring quality construction, meeting project schedules, and maintaining safety standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15–20 years of experience in civil construction projects.
• Strong experience in structural and reinforced concrete works for luxury/high-rise building projects.
• Experience working with international consultants and high-end finishing standards.
• Strong leadership and site management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Preferred:
• Experience in GCC construction projects.
• Knowledge of quality, safety, and construction planning procedures.
Responsibilities Duties:
• Manage and supervise all structural and concrete construction activities on site.
• Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site engineers.
• Monitor quality control, safety procedures, and compliance with project standards.
• Review and approve method statements, work schedules, and site progress reports.
• Ensure timely completion of foundations, concrete structures, slabs, columns, and structural elements.
• Resolve site technical issues related to structural works and construction methods.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient site operations.
• Attend project meetings and provide progress updates to management.
