Job Description
The position of Senior Associate-Succession Planning UAEN requires expertise in succession planning within the industrial/manufacturing sector. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and focuses on supporting the Human Resources department to ensure effective talent management strategies.
A successful Senior Associate-Succession Planning UAEN should have:

* Proficiency in analysing workforce data and providing actionable insights.
* Experience within the industrial/manufacturing sector is preferred.

* Familiarity with HR systems and tools relevant to succession planning.
Responsibilities Duties:
* Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
* Collaborate with department heads to identify critical roles and potential successors within the organisation.
* Analyse workforce trends and provide data-driven recommendations for leadership development.
* Maintain and update succession planning frameworks and databases to reflect organisational needs.
* Facilitate talent reviews and provide insights to senior management on employee development plans.
* Support the design and delivery of training programmes tailored to future leadership requirements.
* Ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry standards in succession planning processes.
* Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance on best practices in succession planning and talent management within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
