Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee critical projects within the oil and gas sector in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Mandatory: ADNOC project experience
- Strong project execution & site management experience
- Expertise in budgeting, planning & resource allocation
- Client coordination & stakeholder management
- Proven experience handling large-scale civil projects
Responsibilities Duties:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate and manage resources, including contractors, vendors, and internal teams, to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations within the oil and gas industry.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and facilitating problem resolution.
- Lead project meetings and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
