We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Agent to join our real estate team in Manama, Bahrain. In this role, you will be responsible for driving property sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our real estate portfolio within a vibrant, competitive market.
Requirements
- Promote and market available properties through online platforms and direct client engagement
- Generate leads, conduct property viewings, and close sales or leasing deals
- Prepare contracts and related documentation
- Follow up with clients to ensure smooth transactions
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Experience in sales or real estate is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic computer knowledge
- Professional, presentable, and organized
Responsibilities Duties:
- Identify and engage potential property buyers and sellers in the Bahraini real estate market.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations to close sales effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create attractive property listings and promotional materials.
- Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends, regulations, and property values.
- Prepare sales agreements and ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management team.
