Corporate Lawyer
Job Description
• The role involves working closely with management, finance, and international legal teams to ensure that the company’s operations, transactions, and contractual arrangements comply with Qatar’s legal and regulatory framework, while also coordinating with external counsel and government authorities in Qatar to support corporate activities, filings, approvals, and ongoing legal compliance.
Requirements:
Education & Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized University in Qatar.
• Licensed to practice law in Qatar or eligible to practice under applicable Qatari legal regulations.
Experience
• 3–6+ years of legal experience in corporate or commercial law.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with international companies operating in Qatar.
• Experience in M&A related contract drafting.

Responsibilities Duties:
Corporate, & Regulatory Matters
• Advise on Qatari corporate, commercial, and regulatory laws relevant to the company’s operations.
• Support corporate governance matters, including board/shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, and related documentation.
Commercial Contracts Drafting
• Draft, review, and manage commercial agreements (including NDAs, vendor and partnership contracts), ensuring compliance with applicable laws and alignment with company policies.
