Contracts Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to be based at our main office, responsible for overseeing and managing all contractual and commercial aspects across multiple projects. This role will provide centralized contractual support to project teams, ensuring consistency, compliance, and effective risk management throughout the contract lifecycle.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in contract management within construction/infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction regulations
• Proven experience in claims, variations, and dispute management
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
• Experience in a head office / corporate contracts role
• UAE or GCC experience is highly preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
Responsibilities Duties:
• Draft, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and consultancy agreements
• Lead contract negotiations with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Provide contractual and commercial support to multiple project teams from the head office
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, legal requirements, and company policies
• Manage variations, claims, and dispute resolution processes
• Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Monitor contract performance and advise on commercial matters
• Maintain accurate and organized contract documentation
