Electrical Engineer
Job Description
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design software
- Familiarity with local authority regulations.
- Knowledge of load calculation and power system design.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer license (preferred where applicable).
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects preferred."
Responsibilities Duties:
- Prepare and review electrical designs, shop drawings, load calculations, and technical submittals.
- Develop single-line diagrams (SLD), lighting layouts, power layouts, earthing and lightning protection systems.
- Coordinate with mechanical, civil, architectural, and structural teams to ensure integration of electrical systems.
- Review contractor and supplier submittals for compliance with project specifications.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and method statements.
- Monitor site progress and prepare progress reports.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
