Job Description
Requirements:
• Transmission Line & OHL Project Experience (Mandatory)
• Tower Erection & Stringing Knowledge
• Foundation & Civil Execution Expertise
• QA/QC & Material Compliance
• Safety Implementation (HSE)
• Client & Consultant Coordination
• Survey & Alignment Understanding
• BE / B.Tech in Electrical or Civil Engineering
• 4 – 10 Years of experience
Responsibilities Duties:
• Supervise erection of transmission line towers and stringing activities as per approved design and survey reports.
• Ensure electrical works are executed in line with project specifications and quality plans.
• Monitor material compliance and coordinate with QA/QC for validation.
• Ensure implementation of safety standards during tower erection and stringing activities.
• Attend client/consultant inspections and provide technical clarifications.
General Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards at site.
• Monitor project progress and complete punch list activities within timelines.
• Coordinate with Planning, QA/QC, Survey, and Materials departments.
• Assist in obtaining client approvals and site permits (TAQA / ADNOC if applicable).
• Prepare site progress reports and documentation.
