Procurement Manager
Job Description
We’re hiring a Procurement Manager to manage sourcing, supplier performance, and purchasing governance for a hospitality group in Dubai.
6–10+ years of procurement experience within hospitality, F&B, hotels, or high-volume service environments. Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier contracts and service levels. Strong understanding of purchasing controls, cost optimisation, and compliance. Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple categories. Degree required; CIPS is a plus. Strong organisation and communication skills.
Responsibilities Duties:
You’ll lead procurement across F&B, operating supplies, and services, ensuring quality, availability, and cost control. You’ll negotiate supplier agreements, implement purchasing policies, and work closely with operations and finance to improve compliance and reduce waste. This role is hands-on and requires strong supplier management and stakeholder engagement.
