Finance Manager
Job Description
We are supporting a leading organization in the energy and infrastructure sector in the UAE that is playing a key role in the expansion of sustainable mobility and EV charging networks nationwide.
They are seeking a Finance & Procurement Manager to oversee and supervise all finance transactions of the organization while also managing procurement oversight. This role requires a strong finance leader with hands-on experience in financial management, reporting, and controls, combined with a working knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in finance or financial management
• Minimum 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and financial governance
• Basic to solid knowledge of procurement and contract management processes
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities Duties:
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, treasury, and financial reporting
• Develop and manage annual budgets aligned with strategic and operational objectives
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial statements and reports
• Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and financial forecasting
• Supervise procurement activities and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations
• Lead contract negotiations with suppliers and service providers to achieve cost efficiency and value
• Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
• Establish, implement, and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Provide financial analysis, insights, and reports to senior management to support decision-making
