- Company is seeking an experienced and motivated Cloud Identity and Access Management Architect/Engineer to join our dynamic and rapidly growing company.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure access to our cloud-based infrastructure and applications, as well as working with other architect and product development teams to successfully integrating IAM into those solutions.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Lead the design and implementation of IAM solutions that meet the needs of the business.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to teams on IAM topics.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure that IAM solutions are designed and integrated with other systems and processes, specifically with security in mind.
- Research and evaluate new IAM technologies and make recommendations on their adoption.
- Manage IAM projects and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for IAM systems.
- Design, implement and maintain cloud identity and access management solutions that meet business and security requirements.
- Develop and enforce, as part of the IT and security teams, policies and procedures for managing access to cloud resources, including user accounts, roles, and permissions.
- Manage and maintain cloud identity and access management systems and services, including single sign on, multi-factor authentication, and identity federation.
- Work with the Security Operations Center (SOC) to monitor and report on security events, alerts, and incidents related to cloud identity and access management systems and services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud identity and access management technologies and best practices.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews with operations and clients.
- Establish operational foundations, defining metrics and KPIs to drive governance, quality, and efficiency.
- Influence and improve existing processes through innovation and operational change.
Key Skills:
- Information Technology, Information Security/Assurance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or similar area of study; at least 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Identity and access management, including experience with identity management systems, directory services, and single sign-on (SSO) solutions, specifically engineering such solutions.
- Strong understanding of IAM best practices and technologies, including experience with IAM frameworks such as NIST or ISO 27001.
- Cloud-based identity and access management solutions such as AWS IAM, Azure AD, or Google Cloud Identity
- Strong knowledge of security principles, including identity and access management, encryption, and network security.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Shell.
- Understanding of the SAP ERP ecosystem

Experiance Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university Information Technology, Information Security/Assurance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or similar area of study; at least 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in identity and access management, including experience with identity management systems, directory services, and single sign-on (SSO) solutions, specifically engineering such solutions.
- Strong understanding of IAM best practices and technologies, including experience with IAM frameworks such as NIST or ISO 27001.
- Extensive experience with cloud-based identity and access management solutions such as AWS IAM, Azure AD, or Google Cloud Identity
