Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a Bachelor of Nursing Science, or certified Paramedic,
Post-graduate qualification in Occupational Health strongly preferred,
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Occupational Health Standards, Regulations, and compliance frameworks
Responsibilities Duties:
Job Summary: The Medical Services Coordinator oversees onsite medical services and subcontracted providers to ensure compliance with Bechtel and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include clinical quality oversight, case management, emergency response preparedness, and continuous improvement across all project medical facilities. Through structured oversight, effective collaboration with key stakeholders, and the implementation of established programs and procedures, the role contributes to the ongoing support of workforce health, safety, and well-being. The Medical Services Coordinator reports to the Project ESH Manager.
