Job Description
- Providing technical support for SAP systems run on AWS
- Responding to customer tickets in a timely manner, owning basis issues to resolution
- Proactively identifying the root cause of issues and recommending and implementing solutions
Responsibilities Duties:
- On projects supporting the build and migration of SAP systems on AWS
- Liaising with infrastructure, security and other team members to support a customer’s requirements

Experiance Qualifications:
- Experience in working in multiple customer environments each directly for the customer or as a 3rd party provider
- Excellent English language written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team
- Selected applicant will be subject to a background investigation, which will be conducted and the results of which will be used in compliance with applicable law.
- Extensive knowledge of MaxDB.
