Job Description
Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in buildings, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with technical standards.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical installations, wiring, lighting, and power systems in residential or commercial buildings.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in circuits, control panels, and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure system efficiency.
- Read and interpret electrical plans, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with facility management and other maintenance teams.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and report issues promptly.
