Experienced Special Educational Needs (SEN) & Inclusive Education Teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience across special schools and mainstream educational institutions. Demonstrated expertise in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Learning Disabilities, and Intellectual Disabilities ( evidence-based instructional strategies and individualized planning.
Experienced in collaborating with parents, therapists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary teams to promote holistic child development. Recognized for creating safe, structured, and nurturing learning environments that foster independence, confidence, and academic growth.
Responsibilities Duties:
Skilled in designing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with academic, behavioral, social, and functional goals. Adept at conducting formal and informal assessments, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate doentation in compliance with school and SEN policies.
Strong background in inclusive classroom practices, curriculum adaptation, and differentiated instruction to ensure meaningful participation of diverse learners. Proven ability to manage behavior positively using structured routines, reinforcement strategies, and emotional regulation techniques.
Additionally brings earlier experience as a mainstream school teacher, strengthening subject delivery, classroom management, and mentoring of slow learners and at-risk students. Known for professionalism, adaptability, and commitment to student-centered education.
