Job Description
Ahalia Exchange is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to strengthen its audit and compliance functions in the UAE.
Candidate Requirements
a. Proven experience in internal auditing within the UAE exchan services sector
b. Strong knowledge of A regulations and CBUAE guidelines
c. Experience in risk-based auditing, compliance reviews, and process improvement
d. Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred
e. Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
Responsibilities Duties:
- The role involves conducting risk-based audits, reviewing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with A regulations and CBUAE guidelines.
- The Internal Auditor will identify process improvements, prepare audit reports, and support management in mitigating operational and financial risks.
- This position requires a professional with strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- The candidate will also collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to policies and regulatory standards.
