Technical Manager
Job Description
We are hiring a Technical Manager to lead multidisciplinary technical teams including Architecture, Structure, and BIM.
Candidate Requirements
a. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
b. 15+ years of experience, including 8+ years in senior leadership with a Tier-1 UAE contractor
c. Proven leadership in high-rise or large mixed-use developments
d. Expertise in I standards, shop drawings, and interdisciplinary coordination
e. Strong experience managing technical teams and driving value engineering
f. Effective stakeholder management with clients, consultants, and authorities
Responsibilities Duties:
The role includes overseeing shop drawings, ensuring compliance with I standards, resolving interdisciplinary clashes, reviewing engineering strategies, and acting as a primary liaison with clients, consultants, and authorities.
The Technical Manager will also drive value engineering, manage RFIs, claims, variations, and EOTs.
