Technical Architect
Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Architect to manage architectural shop drawings, lead BIM coordination, and resolve clashes with Structural and MEP teams.
Candidate Requirements
a. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
b. 8–15 years of relevant experience
c. Minimum 5 years with a Tier-1 UAE contractor
d. Strong experience in high-rise or complex mixed-use projects (50+ storeys)
e. Proficiency in architectural shop drawings and BIM coordination
f. Knowledge of UAE Life Safety Codes and local authority compliance
Responsibilities Duties:
The role involves handling high-rise interfaces, overseeing RFIs, material submittals, consultant approvals, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and UAE Life Safety Codes. The candidate will provide technical support on-site and manage as-built doentation.
