We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator with experience in hardware and timber products to join our team.
Candidate Requirements
a. Proven experience in sales support or coordination role
b. Strong knowledge of hardware and timber products
c. Familiarity with SAP Business One is an advantage
d. Excellent communication and organizational skills
e. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
f. Ability to handle doentation processes including approvals
g. Detail-oriented and proactive
Responsibilities Duties:
The candidate will coordinate daily sales operations, prepare quotes, manage customer inquiries, maintain product and customer databases, and support stock and delivery management. Strong knowledge of hardware and timber products, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with SAP Business One are preferred. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
