Job Description

We are building the next generation of enterprise SAP sellers.

This role is designed for early- to mid-career sales professionals - particularly those who have completed formal sales academy training (such as SAP’s Sales Academy or equivalent) and are ready to step into a true enterprise hunting role.

This is not a passive support position. It is a launchpad into enterprise sales.

You will learn how to sell complex SAP cloud and managed services programs into enterprise accounts, build your own pipeline, and earn uncapped commission while accelerating your career.

Qualifications: 

  • 1–3 years in SAP technology sales
  • Formal sales training (SAP Sales Academy, partner academy, or equivalent) strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated hunger for hunting and new logo acquisition
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Foundational understanding of SAP solutions (S/4HANA, RISE, BTP, or SAP cloud services preferred)
  • Strong communication and executive presence
  • Competitive, ambitious, and motivated by performance-based earnings
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 12 months, you will:

  • Build qualified pipeline in assigned enterprise accounts
  • Run smaller deal cycles independently
  • Contribute meaningfully to complex enterprise pursuits
  • Be on a clear path toward full Business Development Manager ownership

Responsibilities Duties:

  • Generate net-new pipeline within target enterprise SAP accounts
  • Conduct proactive outreach and prospecting to create qualified opportunities
  • Build relationships with customer stakeholders and ecosystem partners
  • Participate in and progressively lead enterprise sales cycles
  • Develop account plans and opportunity strategies
  • Position SAP migration, cloud, AI, and managed services portfolio
  • Independently manage smaller transactions
  • Support and learn on complex, high-value pursuits
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy
