Job Description

The Sales Operations Specialist will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for sales tools and processes, ensuring seamless support across finance, sales, and delivery teams. This role is critical for maintaining operational excellence, driving booking data integrity, and supporting revenue growth through efficient systems and reporting.

Preferred Skills

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Sales Operations or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of SalesForce and HubSpot.
  • Understanding of commission structures and quota setting.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting finance and delivery teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM best practices and data governance.
  • Selected applicant will be subject to a background investigation, which will be conducted and the results of which will be used in compliance with applicable law.

Responsibilities Duties:

Sales Tools SME

Kimble(Kantata) PSA SW / SalesForce

  • Manage opportunity setup, troubleshooting, and provide user guidance.
  • Oversee engagements/elements configuration and issue resolution.

HubSpot 

  • Maintain CRM data integrity between HubSpot and Kimble and optimize usage for sales teams.
  • Close Plan Template – Jira Support creation of Jira plans to tracking of sales activities within Jira.

Commissions

  • Manage Quarter-End Commission processes through Qobra.
  • Set quotas and ensure accurate calculation.
  • Create and issue Sales Incentive Plans (SIPs).
  • Handle commission accruals and reporting.

Win Process

  • Audit opportunities marked as won for compliance and accuracy.
  • Support complex opportunity management and escalation.

Ad Hoc Reporting

  • Develop and maintain HubSpot BDM Dashboard for performance insights.
  • Deliver quarter-end reports and ensure deadline adherence.
  • Monitor and clean HubSpot data for accuracy.
  • Generate sales performance metrics and actionable insights.

Other

  • Develop and maintain the Sales Operation Learning path to improve Onboarding time for new joiners. 
  • Drive evolution and enhancement of sales systems and processes. Partner with Finance, Operations to identify opportunities to improve sales productivity.
