Customer Success Executive
Job Description
As a Customer Success Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our F&B clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our digital solutions.
Candidate Requirements
a. Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations.
b. Background in Hospitality (F&B) or SaaS industries is highly preferred.
c. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
d. Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
e. Patient and guest-focused attitude with a technical aptitude.
Responsibilities Duties:
You will manage the onboarding process, provide technical training, and proactively address any operational challenges. The role involves building long-term relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and gathering client feedback to drive product improvements. You will serve as a bridge between the customer and our technical team to ensure a seamless service experience. Your goal is to ensure high retention rates and customer satisfaction within the hospitality tech space.
