Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and support end-to-end human resources operations in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on HR experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both strategic and day-to-day HR functions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive professional who can confidently interact with employees, management, and external authorities while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.

Requirements:

Key Requirements (Mandatory)

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE market

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and people-management abilities

Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations calmly and diplomatically
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems

Responsibilities Duties:

Core HR Operations
• Manage end-to-end HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and HR administration
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law, company policies, and HR best practices
• Handle employee queries professionally and confidentially

Recruitment & Talent Management
• Coordinate and support recruitment activities, including screening, interviews, and hiring documentation
• Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and timelines

Payroll, Attendance & Records
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and employee records
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files and documentation

Visa, PRO & Compliance Coordination
• Coordinate with PRO and government portals for visas, labor cards, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation
• Ensure timely processing of all employee legal requirements

Performance & Employee Engagement
• Support performance management processes and employee evaluations
• Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally
• Assist in creating a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives

Reporting & HR Support
• Prepare HR reports for management (headcount, attrition, leave, compliance, etc.)
• Support management with HR policies, internal communications, and organizational planning

Preferred Experience
• Experience working in a corporate, financial services, trading, or fast-paced business environment
• Previous experience managing or supporting a growing workforce
