Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with hands-on expertise in multiple SuccessFactors modules.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and ability to translate requirements into system configurations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities Duties:
This role acts as the SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expert for the entire scope of SF project (Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, Compensation, Performance Mgt, SAP HCM) and liaise between HC business stakeholders, SuccessFactors team from clients' implementation partner & multiple other departments like Security team ensuring that all HC business requirements are clearly understood and delivered efficiently within an Agile framework.
