This opportunity is with a large, diversified investment group headquartered in Dubai, with a strong presence across multiple sectors.

Requirements:

Profile:

• Minimum 10 years of experience particularly in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of legal and contract terms, with experience in negotiating and managing real estate contracts.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and due diligence processes.
• Excellent knowledge of RERA regulations, and other relevant real estate laws.

 

Responsibilities Duties:

• Lead the development, review, and implementation of contracts-related policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring clarity, effectiveness, and alignment with company goals.
• Identify areas for process improvements and recommend solutions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, ensuring all contract processes are compliant with legal and industry standards.
• Lead the standardization and improvement of Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) formats and contract templates, ensuring consistency, legal compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Ensure effective management and safe storage of all contract-related documents, facilitating ease of access and retrieval for audits and reviews.
• Develop and maintain a database of contract templates and documentation to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy.
• Lead and mentor the Contracts Management team, providing clear direction and setting performance expectations to ensure timely drafting, review, and finalization of contracts.
• Oversee adherence to internal processes and industry best practices during the contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, negotiation, and execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, stakeholders, and internal departments regarding contract related inquiries, clarifications, and escalations.
• Facilitate communication between legal, sales, and project management teams to ensure alignment of customer and contractual expectations.
• Respond to customer concerns regarding contract terms, negotiating solutions to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance.
• Manage the complete contract lifecycle from initiation to execution, ensuring timely formulation, execution, and delivery to prevent delays in project delivery and operational inefficiencies.
• Coordinate contract approvals, ensuring all necessary sign-offs are obtained in accordance with company protocols and legal requirements.
• Track and monitor contract milestones, ensuring timely delivery and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
• Ensure all contracts comply with local laws (e.g., RERA, DLD, KYC/AML protocols).
• Conduct regular audits of contracts and associated documentation to identify and mitigate potential legal or regulatory risks.
• Work closely with legal teams to update contract templates to remain compliant with changing regulations.
