Senior Sales Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our FMCG Poultry division in Al Ain, UAE. This role focuses on driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and leading strategic initiatives within the market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the FMCG sector and a passion for the poultry industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field ( preferred)
- Minimum of 3- 5 years experience in sales within the FMCG sector, preferably in poultry or related food products.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market and cultural nuances in Al Ain and surrounding regions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets independently.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the FMCG poultry sector.
- Identify and engage potential clients to expand the customer base in the UAE market.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with other teams to align sales activities with product availability and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members as needed.
