Our Senior Asset Protection Officer will support in the implementation of the Group's Asset Protection Strategy and core missions across areas of concern, with a key focus towards data analytics and monitoring of data (across multiple markets) to identify malicious and fraudulent activities and to support in the identification and mitigation of safety and securit

Responsibilities Duties:
- Monitor & investigate POS transactions - establish high-risk alerts, review dashboards across markets, investigate suspicious transactions, and escalate as per protocol.
- Fraud & incident investigation - review CCTV and transactional data, conduct inquiries and interviews (with HR where required), and produce fact-based reports prior to escalation.
- Stock & operational risk analysis - investigate stock discrepancies within agreed thresholds, identify process gaps, and support action plans to improve stock accuracy.
- Safety & security oversight - ensure accurate logging of safety/security data, monitor incidents and service provider performance, and drive mitigation and improvement actions.
- Data-driven store risk framework - develop and maintain a framework to identify "at-risk" stores using POS, RSO, SOAR, stock take, and incident data to guide store visits and action plans.
- Reporting & performance monitoring - provide monthly dashboards and reports on incidents, detections, service levels, and recommendations; monitor control room performance against SLAs.
- Training & awareness - deliver fraud, safety, and incident reporting training; support operational teams with data insights; and upskill AP colleagues and control room personnel in data analysis.
